How to get Evidence Base on your homescreen

1. Tap the Share button in the browser toolbar.

Find evidence

Use the search to look up a specific supplement, food or topic – or browse all areas via Topics.

Read studies & evidence bars

Each study card shows an evidence bar: Positive, Negative or Neutral. This tells you at a glance what outcome the research found.

Study Guide

Not sure what a meta-analysis or an RCT is? The Study Guide explains the different study types and what they mean. Open Study Guide →

Your library

Save studies, topics and supplements to personal folders so you can find them again quickly. Free users can save up to 10 items. Premium removes this limit.

Stacks & Inspiration

Create your own supplement stacks and give them a title. Browse Inspiration Stacks shared by the community and discover what others use.
