The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or via the “Cancel contract” button in the app) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse to you all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, in the event of withdrawal the full amount is still refunded without deduction for the days already used.
